OPPORTUNITY

Build a prototype for a journey where users easily and securely access card details, retrieve PIN and manage lost card.

THE PROBLEM

The application is in an early stage and users manage their issues via phone calls, which costs a lot of money and makes the user experience less enjoyable. Users want to achieve their goals in easy steps, but still feel safe and secure during the process.

SOLUTION

Create a clear and understandable architecture, minimise the steps and build in the security options customers likely use.

RESULT

Our users will have peace of mind whilst using our products abroad. We will know this by the amount of reduced calls to the call centre and new cards ordered via the app.
